From records to people

From a company name to the person who decides

Customs records tell you which companies import your product. They do not tell you who to talk to. Closing that gap is what the LinkedIn partnership is for.

The gap

Where a list of company names gets stuck

You have done the hard part: a set of companies with a documented history of importing exactly what you sell. Then you hit the wall every exporter hits — the contact form, the shared inbox, or nothing at all. A company name is not a route in.

Bulk-blasting a scraped list does not solve this. It damages your domain reputation and produces nothing, because there is still no reason for that particular person to answer.

The chain

Three steps, in this order

Each step removes a specific reason the previous one was useless on its own. A buyer list without contacts does not get called. Contacts without a buying history do not get answered. And an answer from a company that cannot afford you wastes the quarter.

Boundaries

What we can and cannot get

Worth being precise, because this is where vendors overpromise:

Company standing data comes from licensed D&B sources and covers 220 countries. Where a market does not have usable standing data, we say so rather than guessing.

Ask about your market

Tell us the product and the market. We will reply with what the records actually contain for it — which markets have shipment detail, which have statistics only, and what a working list would look like. No charge, and no obligation.

· We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday (GMT+8).· One short call: what you are trying to solve, and whether we can solve it.· If we cannot help, we will say so on that call.· How your details are handled: see the privacy policy.
