Every shipment entering a country is declared, and most of those declarations are public. We collect them from 98 countries and let you search the ones that matter: which companies import your product, how much they buy, who supplies them now, and how to reach the person who decides.
Before you sign with a supplier, you can read their actual shipping history. How much they move, into which markets, who they sell to, and how dependent they are on their biggest customer — pulled from customs declarations rather than from a directory anyone can pay to join.
We maintain our own shipment-level library, separate from the free statistics shown on this page. Here is exactly how far it reaches.
The open figures on this page come from UN Comtrade annual statistics and each one carries its own data year. The shipment-level library above is what we licence — ask us about your product and we will tell you which markets it covers before you commit to anything. Country by country, with the actual data level and years for each: customs data by country.
A customs declaration is a legal filing, not a marketing list. This is the shape of one line item.
The consignee and shipper fields are the reason this data costs money, so they stay masked in the preview. Everything else — volume, value, port, date, origin — is enough to size a market without naming anyone.
Coverage is not identical everywhere. Some countries publish shipment detail, some publish statistics only, and a few publish nothing usable. We tell you which is which for your product before you decide anything.
Not a mock-up. These are four lines pulled from one US bill-of-lading file — four different importers, three countries of origin. Company names, quantities and declared values are unedited, so you can check any row against a source you already have.

Sampling method, stated up front: we sorted the whole file by arrival date, split it into equal segments, and took one distinct importer per segment — so the dates are spread evenly rather than picked. Consignee names are public in customs filings; contact details are not, and stay redacted everywhere on this site.
A shipment has a buyer and a seller on it. Which one you care about depends on which side of the deal you are on.
Four steps, in this order. Each one removes a specific reason the previous step was useless on its own.
Quotes from routine customer follow-ups, lightly edited for length. Attributed by role and market only — no names and no company names.
Results vary by product, market and how the work is done. We do not promise a fixed number of leads, deals, or return — and we will say so on the call if your market is not covered at the level you need.
This matters more in some markets than others, so it is stated plainly rather than buried.
Shipment detail is taken from customs declarations published by national customs authorities. The open statistical layer is UN Comtrade. Where a figure is an estimate, it is labelled as one — we do not fill gaps with invented numbers.
Professional contact details come through LinkedIn Sales Navigator under an official partnership, and company standing comes from licensed D&B data. We do not supply private mobile numbers or personal email addresses, and deletion requests are honoured.
No unnamed sources, no rounded-up coverage claims, no promised conversion rates. If a market you need is not covered at the level you need, we say so before you commit rather than after.
We will show you what the records actually contain for your product — which markets have shipment detail, which have statistics only, and what a working list would look like.
